Titles not currently in stock may be printed on demand and are usually dispatched within 2-3 weeks. Pre-ordered titles will be shipped once available.

Refunds are made in Australian currency only at the original Australian dollar amount charged on the day of purchase.

Red Truck Publications will happily replace/refund any book purchased from this site that is found to be defective, provided the product in question is returned to us in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. In all other cases, a no-return policy applies. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

By submitting a manuscript you are granting Red Truck Publications the right to review your work only. Should a manuscript not be accepted or contracted, it will be completely removed from our system and no part of its contents will be stored, passed on, or used in any way whatsoever without the express permission of its author/creator.

Purchases and Orders:
Credit card, personal and shipping information is used for billing and delivery purposes only and is not shared. Credit information is not stored once a transaction has been completed and all online transactions are transferred securely using 128 Bit SSL technology. Red Truck Publications will not sell or pass on any information submitted to us to any third party.
